Annual Inspection of Chimney System & Sweep If Needed
Club membership also includes repair of some of the most common issues encountered during an annual chimney inspection, at no additional cost.
Wood Burning Fireplaces Club Membership
For wood burning fireplaces, club membership includes annual inspection of entire chimney system and sweep if needed, firebox repairs such as: lintel seam repairs, profile seam repairs, and mild repointing of firebox.
Wood Burning Stoves Club Membership
For wood burning stoves, club membership includes annual inspection of entire chimney system and sweep if needed, fire brick replacement up to 3 bricks per year, glass cleaning, and high temperature paint touch-ups.
Gas Burning Systems Club Membership
For gas burning systems club membership includes annual inspection of entire gas system and chimney and sweep if needed, replacement of false embers as needed, replacement of silica sand as needed, and replacement of vermiculite as needed.
Club membership also includes repair of some of the most common issues encountered during annual inspection, at no additional cost.
Dryer Vent Inspection
Dryer Vent Inspection at the time of the initial appointment. If the dryer vent meets minimum standards we will clean it as well.

Club membership also offers members a 10% discount to any repairs not already covered.
