Production Apprentice

The Opportunity
We've built a structured 6-month apprenticeship that trains you in chimney repair, masonry, and field operations.
- Month 0–6: Learn, execute, and prove yourself
- At 6 months:
- Earn CSIA Certification (required)
- Demonstrate job proficiency
- Step into the Lead Technician track
- Receive a $3/hour raise
What You'll Do
- Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily
- Assist with chimney repairs, installations, and masonry work
- Execute jobs efficiently with your crew
- Follow strict safety and quality standards
- Take ownership of your performance and growth

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
Pay & Benefits
- $18–$23/hour starting pay
- $3 raise at 6 months based on performance
